In the Eastern Sea of Canvas lies a collection of Islands, the group name for them is the Trace Archipelago.
The Colourless have only populated the three biggest Islands in this region and have had no desire to even touch upon the shores of the others. Until the recent events regarding the Pig-ments.
Colourless Bay is a Crescent shaped Island with a huge dome with no roof in the centre, it is where all Colourless are born and live until they day they choose their Colour, because the Colourless have no need to eat or sleep in their current form, the Island is mostly a desert wasteland. Inside the dome is an Oasis but instead of water inside the Oasis, there is just a sheet of glass, this collects the tears and breath of the Artist which then condense to form the Colourless themselves. The Island is also Black and White which is a contrast to the other regions in Canvas.
Easel Island is entirely different to the bay it is a lushous green island and houses the biggest city of the three populated areas:Port Easel.
Surrounding the Port lies the Easel Paperlands which is a vibrant meadow filled with a variety of plants and animals...however due to 'Nothing' whole species of Flora and Fauna have been going extinct. There is also a Mountain on this Island called Mount Pastell from it flows the River Pastell which is full to the brim with a mixture of color it flows towards the the outskirts Colorless bay and mingles with the sands there.
The easiest way to travel between Easel and the Bay if you do not have a boat is to cross the Chroma Marshlands.
The Marshland used to be just an ordinary desert on Colourless Bay until the waters from Pastell filled it with color, almost overnight it transformed into a wierd swamp filled with new plants and animals, it also acts as a bridge connecting both Easel and the Bay. The first dungeon is also here, it is a huge nest created by desert animals which have mutated due to the River Pastell destroying their homes, many Colourless are eaten by them on their journey to Easel, the dungeon is also completely optional.
Inkl Isle is the last occupied Island in this Archipelago, the inhabitants of this Island are people who couldn't cope with the hustle and bustle of Easel. They live in huts made from paper, which are made weather resistant by creating an Ink Laquer which in turn is obtained from an Ink Well in the middle of Inki Woods.
Inkl Isle is the first place the player will actually get to encounter some 'Nothing' as another area of the Isle: Inkla Caverns are infested with creatures infused with it.
